The NAS LumaLink™ App serves as a valuable tool designed for field technicians engaged in the installation and testing of various versions of NAS Group Streetlight Controllers.
The LumaLink™ app offers the capability to control, retrieve data, and make real-time adjustments to a wide range of settings directly on site. It can also set Streetlight Controllers' GPS coordinates from the technician's mobile device.
Moreover, on an individual basis, the app enables technicians to verify the readings from each module, conduct diagnostics, fine-tune settings, and configure customised profiles—all without the necessity of accessing the controller through the LoRaWAN server or having an active LoRaWAN network connection in place.

Any information you need about your device can be found in the LumaLink™ app - anything you would usually get through LoRaWAN packets plus a little extra. For example, you can monitor your controller's join status, RSSI, datarate, TxPower and much more. On compatible devices, you even check out tilt sensor data or ambient light levels.
Set a custom position to any specific Streetlight Controller by reading the connected phone's GPS data or entering coordinates manually. Positional data can be used to better manage your fleet of Streetlight Controllers as well as calculate the sun's zenith angles at any given time and location to automagically manage light levels during different times of day.
Our calendar function helps you save on energy by approximating light levels outside and adjusting the streetlight's dim level accordingly. You can, of course, configure this however you like, modifying your desired dim levels at your desired zenith angles. For a more detailed explanation, see the Use Cases page.
You can configure and save up to 8 different profiles and switch between them with just a click of a button.
Configure your dig inputs, see metering information, tweak your status or usage packet intervals and many other ways to make sure your controllers match your use-case!
To save your configuration to a file, first make sure you've first configured your currently connected Streetlight Controller. Once that's done, just press the ‘Save current configuration’ button and a file saving dialog will pop up. Just save the file with your desired name and you're done.
To apply a configuration from a file, press the ‘Restore configuration from file’ button and a file selection dialog will pop up. Select your desired configuration file and press ‘Apply’. You will be notified upon successful configuration, which shouldn't take more than just a few seconds in most cases.
If your Streetlight Controllers didn't already ship with access keys, please contact us at support@nasys.no and we'll gladly help you out.
Please note that LumaLink is only available for devices using firmware versions 1.1.8 and up.
